These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.artstone.lt (the “Website”) and your purchase of washbasins, accessories, and other products (“Products”) available for sale through our Website. By accessing or using our Website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
• “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to UAB Artstone, a company registered in Lithuania with company registration number 304013852 and registered address at Girios 66, 47252 Kaunas, Lithuania.
• “You,” “Your”: Refers to the user or customer purchasing Products from our Website.
• “Products”: Refers to washbasins, accessories, and any other items offered for sale on our Website.
• “Order”: Refers to a purchase request made by you for Products on our Website.
• “Website”: Refers to www.artstone.lt
• “International Sale”: A sale where the shipping address is outside Lithuania.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an Order on our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract, and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Website or purchase Products.
3. Product Information and Availability
• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and prices of Products displayed on our Website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the natural properties of materials (e.g., Corian). All dimensions are approximate.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability and manufacturing begins only after your order is confirmed. The maximum production and preparation time for delivery is 4 weeks. If a product is ready sooner, we ship it immediately. If the product you ordered is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.
• Pricing: All prices are quoted in EUR and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed on the Website at the time your Order is confirmed.
4. Ordering Process
• Placing an Order: To place an Order, follow the instructions on the Website. You will be guided through the process of selecting Products, providing shipping details, and making payment.
• Order Acceptance: After placing an Order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your Order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your Order and it is a confirmation that we have received it.
• Order Confirmation: Your Order is accepted, and a contract of sale is formed, only when we receive confirmation that order is paid same time confirming it to you with an additional information with preliminary delivery date of purchased Products. We reserve the right to refuse any Order for any reason, including but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Payment Terms
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, Paysera.
• Payment Security: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Paysera. We do not store your credit card details.
• Currency: All transactions will be processed in EUR. If your local currency is different, your bank or payment provider may apply an exchange rate and conversion fees, for which we are not responsible.
• Taxes:

• For International Customers (outside EU): Prices displayed do not includeany import duties, customs fees, local taxes (e.g., sales tax, GST, VAT in the destination country), or other charges that may be levied by the destination country. You are solely responsible for the payment of all such duties, taxes, and fees upon importation into your country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information on applicable charges before placing an Order. We are unable to provide estimates for these charges.
6. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping Areas: We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Please check our shipping policy page https://artstone.lt/en/shipping_and_return/ for a list of countries we deliver to.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method of your Order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your Order.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, unforeseen logistical issues, or public holidays in the origin or destination country. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
• Customs Clearance: You acknowledge and agree that you are the importer of record for Products shipped internationally. As such, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. This includes providing any necessary documentation to customs and paying any applicable duties, taxes, and fees. Failure to clear customs may result in the abandonment or return of the package, for which you will be responsible for any associated costs.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Products purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• Inspection upon Delivery: Upon receiving your Order, please inspect the packaging and the Products immediately for any signs of damage before signing for delivery. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 5 days of delivery. Failure to do so may affect your ability to claim for damages.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Right of Withdrawal/Cooling-off Period (for EU Customers): If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good. • International Returns: For customers outside the EU, returns are generally accepted under the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. You will typically be responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred during the return process. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged Product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
8. Warranty
• We warrant that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UAB Artstone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; or (c) any content obtained from the Website; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the purchase of Products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Product(s) giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of UAB Artstone or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our Website without our express written permission.

• For consumers residing in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania. However, if you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the country of your habitual residence.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website and placing of Orders after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
